After many years in main stream real estate and then Buyer Advocacy, Melinda set up her Buyer Agent business in 2018.
Seeing a gap in the market for a fixed fee service in Buyer Advocacy, Melinda’s model allows clients to better budget for her services.
As a highly qualified Buyers Agent, with over 33 years experience in the industry, Melinda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to understand what constitutes a good property over a bad one.
Melinda has 2 incredible adult girls who were her motivation for setting up a business like this one. She currently lives around the Hawthorn area.
In her spare time she is regularly seen at the gym lifting weights and boxing. This helps to keep her mentally & physically fit to handle an array of obstacles that buying property in Melbourne often brings.
She is incredibly skilled in assessing properties & strategic negotiations, helping clients save money and time wasted on wrong properties.

Living around the Warrandyte area with 3 kids and a builder for a Dad, Alicia has had a long interest and passion for real estate.
She joined the Ethical Choice team over 2 years ago and has now enjoyed her real estate career for 10 years.
Alicia has also renovated and sold a number of homes around Melbourne and has a great appreciation for re-working a floorplan to make it a better fit for clients.
